Yay I stopped procrastinating and actually did some more painting!
Now that the hands and face are almost done (one more topcoat to go for the fine details) I feel like I don't have too much left to go... but then I remember I still have to paint her fancy tattoo... and then I have a little cry lol. Nah, I'm not sick of this yet so it's still fun enough. Doing these bits was actually really hard, I've never painted a person in monochrome before and I've found it's harder than painting in the normal variety of skin-tones and hair colours. I'm just gonna say, I'm really proud of that bottom hand lol... Photo is rather cruddy quality cos of the lighting in my study, but I'll scrap these preview pics once I finish it and put the real ones up anyway. |
